HER Group Limited was founded in 2022 to promote waste reduction in Hong Kong by repairing and reusing small home appliances. The group is run by experienced professionals dedicated to extending electronics’ life, providing workshops where participants—often students or volunteers—learn diagnostic and repair skills. They target environmental protection and resource circulation, not just repair. Their services benefit individuals (such as elderly residents or low-income families) by providing free or low-cost appliance repair.
